Car: Take the Bay Street/Lily Pond Road exit off the Staten Island Expressway. At the traffic light turn left and follow to the end. Make a left turn onto Bay Street. Continue on Bay Street to the St. George Ferry Terminal. Turn left onto Richmond Terrace. Continue for two blocks and Richmond Family Court is on the left. Municipal Parking is available.
Child Support Enforcement Term (CSET)
CSET is a specialized term of the Family Court that handles child support cases involving children who are receiving assistance from the Department of Social Services.
CSET is located at 60 Lafayette Street, New York 10013; in lower Manhattan, between Franklin and Leonard Streets.
