2. Six months of paycheck stubs.

3. Six months of bank account statements.

4. Automobile titles.

5. Retirement accounts, IRAs, 401Ks, etc. 6. Insurance policies including life, disability insurance, homeowners, renters, motor vehicles or any other insured assets. Include the riders which cover any specific personal property with insured values.

7. Recorded mortgage and deed for all real property.
