1. Income tax returns for the past two years.
2. Six months of paycheck stubs.
3. Six months of bank account statements.
4. Automobile titles.
5. Retirement accounts, IRAs, 401Ks, etc.
6. Insurance policies including life, disability insurance, homeowners, renters, motor vehicles or any other insured assets. Include the riders which cover any specific personal property with insured values.
7. Recorded mortgage and deed for all real property.
8. Lease agreements, including motor vehicle leases, rental property, etc.
9. Appraisals made within the past 12 months for all real property.
10. Foreclosures, possible foreclosures, lawsuits, judgments, liens and garnishments filed during the last the past two years.
11. Separation, divorce agreements and judgments, child support obligations.
12. Finacing agreements.
13. Security agreements.
14. Credit reports from all 3 credit reporting agencies: Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. You are legally entitled to one free credit report every year.
